UKIPO: your views on the modernisation of the Trade Mark rules

In the March edition of its newsletter "IP Insight" the UKIPO asks for your view:

"As part of the modernisation and consolidation of the Trade Mark rules, we are planning some changes that will increase the speed of unopposed trade mark registrations from around six to four ½ months... "
